6. Third-Party Data (TMDB)

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie metadata, images, and other related information displayed on Cineforum are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and third-party data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cineforum. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Cineforum.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
